Over the past 4 years, we have established a thriving church-based youthwork service and innovative Social Inclusion Programme, responding to needs in our community. We want to appoint a visionary, professional Youthwork Coordinator to take our work forward to the next stage.

This post offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop our diverse programmes. You will manage a dedicated staff team, work face-to-face with young people, and ensure quality and stability at a time of expansion and change.

Your responsibilities will include:

• leading the youthwork team
• carrying out and developing youthwork
• managing budgets, finance and fundraising
• implementing of relevant training
• working in partnership with Christian and local agencies
• reporting and evaluating of services

Above all, you will be passionate about working with and for young people in a holistic way, dedicated to improving our quality of work. You will be encouraged to have new ideas and put them into action. A dedicated management committee, clergy team and volunteers will support you and your team in setting the strategic direction of the work and raising necessary funds.
