Earth Day was first celebrated on 22 April 1970 when the peoples of this planet began to speak out in favour of a healthy, sustainable environment and against pollution and waste. Every year since people all over the world have gathered to celebrate the diversity of the planet and to demand its protection. If you are able, join us on top of Primrose Hill at 10.15am to pray for God’s blessing on our local area, its people and wildlife. The service will resume at 10.30am in church.

The Gardener of Eden

When Mary Magdalene, full of confusion and worry, first meets the risen Jesus, she takes him for the gardener. Today we celebrate Jesus Christ, the living water that sustains the Tree of Life, the one who leads us back to our true home, the Gardener of Eden.
