St Mary's
The Parish Church of St Mary the Virgin, Primrose Hill
Justice and Peace

The St Mary's Justice and Peace Group exists to raise awareness of justice and peace issues among the congregation and distribute funds to various domestic and developmental charities. We are committed to support a USPG hospital in Zambia to the tune of £600 a year, which is raised by selling coffee on Sunday mornings. We also propose charities for the regular Sunday morning collection, which is given away one Sunday a month. We also support CMS and Christian Aid and several others on a regular basis. We invite preachers from these and other NGOs, especially during Christian Aid Week in May One World Week in October.

St Mary's has recently become a Fair Trade church, which means that we are committed to serving fair-trade tea and coffee at all church functions, and promoting Fair trade in other ways.

We are a sub-committee of the PCC.
